A digital or electronic signature is a legally binding method of signing documents electronically over the internet. When a Venue sends you a proposal you will be asked to Accept or Decline the proposal, at which point you will digitally sign your name on the proposal transforming it into a legal event contract.

Digital or electronic signatures are recognized in Federal Law under the “Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act”. “ESIGN” stipulates that no contract or agreement can be denied or unenforced for having an electronic signature.
