The venue will receive your request and either ask some more questions, or return a proposal to you that they have created outlining your event details.

The proposal will be delivered to you via email, with a link, that allows you to view a read-only copy of the proposal. You can also access the proposal or view the status of your requests from your My Events dashboard once you have created a VenueBook account and logged in.

If you would like to move forward with the event that the venue has outlined in the proposal, you must create a VenueBook account or sign in. You can then accept the proposal–a legally binding contract–digitally sign off, and continue to collaborate with the venue on other details such as set up, menu, and payments.
