Finding an Experience is easy! We know sometimes that planning an event can be intimidating. So many details, so little time–and we want to get you to the party faster!
We asked our Venues to put together bespoke Experiences for our bookers–seriously, you can’t find these anywhere else! Our Venues have specified the time and dates available for these Experiences, as well as the prices per person. The beauty of this is that you can essentially lock in your experience with a deposit and then 48 hours later, when the Venue accepts your booking, voilà–you’ve got an amazing event in no time at all.
After you find an Experience that you’d like to book, select an available date and time for your event, and the number of guests you’d like to attend. The cost of your event will appear, and you can click the ExpressBook Now button to proceed. From there, you can enter in information about your event, make menu selections if that is an option offered by the Venue, and then proceed to the payment screen for your 50% deposit. After entering in your credit card information, the Venue will be alerted of your event.
After the Venue accepts your event, your card will be charged in the amount of the deposit and your event will be booked! You can view this event in your My Events dashboard under the ExpressBook heading.
