If you have provided your credit card information through an authorization form to the Venue or the Venue has placed a hold on your Credit Card, it is at the discretion of the Venue, in accordance with their legal terms, as to when you will be charged. If you are unclear about this, contact the Venue. 

If you made a payment using your Credit Card directly through VenueBook you will see this reflected on your credit card within 2 to 3 business days. 


If you booked an Experience with a Venue, you will see a hold in the amount of the event deposit for up to 48 hours from the time of booking.
