There are two ways by which Venues are able to accept payments using VenueBook.
If the Venue accepts payments online, you will be prompted to pay a deposit or place a hold on your credit card, immediately upon digitally signing a proposal and contracting the Event. You can also make a payment, by going to the Payments Tab or the Final Bill Tab in your event.

If the Venue does NOT accept payments online, you will need to print the proposal, physically sign and fill out the attached credit card authorization fields and send the contract to the Venue Manager, via scanned Fax, email, or in person.
